Returns & Exchanges
ALL CHELSEA LEIGH JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
This is my policy due to the custom made nature of my jewelry. All items are custom made for the customer upon purchase. I do not have items pre-made and in stock.
Please take the time you need to choose something you think will work best for you. Be sure to check all sizing, material, and customization details before checking out.
I may offer size exchanges under limited circumstances.
If you would like to request an exchange, you must email me at heychelsealeigh@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt (based on the delivery date & time associated with your tracking information).
In the event that an exchange is approved, Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Chelsea Leigh Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping cost and may be subject to a small re-working fee.
Ring Sizing
The size you select will be the size that is made for you.
If you are unsure of your ring size, I would recommend visiting your local jewelry store to get sized in person.
You may also purchase a ring sizing kit here to find your size at home.
Please double check your size before ordering. It's best not to size your fingers when you are too hot or too cold as this will affect the size of your fingers.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
For your protection, please insure your package for the full purchase amount with Route. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Packages that are lost, stolen or damaged and not insured with Route will not be eligible for refunds or replacements. (please see Route FAQ here)
You can file a one-click claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out, or you can file here
When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
Issues With Your Purchase
If you encounter an issue with your purchase, or if you suspect your order has defects from production, please reach out to me at heychelsealeigh@gmail.com and I will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation. You must e-mail your concern to heychelsealeigh@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your items (based on the delivery date and time associated with your tracking information).
