HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE? Use a string to measure around your neck/wrist/finger to desired length - be sure to include room for movement and comfort. Ring sizers are a great way to accurately measure you ring size, you can purchase one here

UNIQUELY HANDMADE All pieces at Chelsea Leigh Jewelry are handmade by me. This means quantities may be limited and slight variations are to be expected and celebrated. Natural Gemstones used in designs may also vary in size, shape, and color.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME Your order will usually take 3-5 business days to process and be produced. Please note that your order can take up to 7-10 business days to process and be produced during holidays, sales, and new product launches. Please keep in mind that I am a small business and everything is uniquely handmade by me.


SHIPPING TIME Once your order has been processed and produced (see processing and production time above), your items will be sent via USPS. See estimated delivery times at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP If you are local to the Charlotte, NC area and would like to arrange for local pickup, please select the local pickup option upon checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready with details about pick up.

REDIRECTING YOUR ORDER I am unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dropped at the post office. Please be sure to list an address where you will be able to receive your parcel or it is safe to leave unattended.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. I have no control over your parcel once it has been shipped. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact your local USPS office. I am unable to refund or exchange products that were damaged during transit.


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please email your request with your order number to chelsealeighjewelry@gmail.com

RETURNS I currently do not offer returns but do offer exchanges or store credit. Should you be unsatisfied with your jewelry please contact me right away at chelsealeighjewelry@gmail.com and we will work together to find a solution.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/LENGTH? Exchanges for a different size/length are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order ​(based on USPS timestamp date received). You will be responsible for shipping cost and subject to a $5 - $10 re working fee. All sales are final for Gemstone Rings and they do not qualify for exchanges.


WHAT IS GOLD FILLED? Gold filled is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry. It is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than gold plated jewelry. These characteristics make it a beautiful, durable, and economical alternative to solid gold, that will last years if cared for properly.

DOES YOUR JEWELRY CONTAIN NICKEL? No. All jewelry is nickel free.

WHY IS MY JEWELRY TARNISHING? Even the highest quality of metals will eventually become dull, dirty, and tarnish over time. This is natural and normal with an easy solution! See more about how to care for and clean your jewelry here:

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY? Store your jewelry in a dry, air tight space away from any light. Take extra care around perspiration, chlorine, and other chemicals like lotions or perfumes. Occasionally clean your jewelry with warm water and dish soap, and polish with a polishing cloth. WHAT IF MY SKIN HAD A REACTION? Every person's body chemistry is different and can have different levels of sensitivity to metals. The materials used in Chelsea Leigh Jewelry are classified as hypoallergenic and discoloration/reactions are extremely rare.


DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS? Yes! Repair costs are dependent upon the type of the repair needed. Please email chelsealeighjewelry@gmail.com with your order number to request a repair.

I LOST AN EARRING If you send us your earring to recycle, you will receive a 25% discount on a replacement pair. If you lose an earring that has been discontinued or sold out I will not be able to create it's mate.
